The house is situated on a hill in a very quiet position with a spectacular view of the whole town of Lipari below and of the islands of Panarea and Stromboli beyond. The house can be reached from the town by car (about 10 minutes) or on foot by way of a steep path (the descent takes about 15 minutes). A car or Vespa is advisable and can be hired on the island. There is also a bus service three times a day, but not in the evening.
The house has two storeys. The two flats are on the lower level (the owner lives on the upper floor), each with its own entrance and extensive terrace. The house is surrounded by 7000 square metres of land with flowers, trees and shrubs.
